Preview #1

Ok so here is the first little preview from the book...

'Forty-five years after the war had finally ended, the world was still recovering. Nearly everyone had given up the use of technology in order to lead simpler lives and to hopefully prevent another war from starting, one group of people however dedicated itself to finding the technology used before the war and tries to put in to non-violent uses. The dragons now freely travel the world and interact with humans on a regular basis in order to agree on places they may hunt without fear of being attacked. Magic has also surfaced in the world and although common not everyone is able to use it effectively. Strange creatures have also started appearing lately seemingly created due to the effects of the weapons used in the war; wolf demons, elves, giants and dwarves, although the giants and dwarves have decided against making contact with humans.'

What caused the war? What technology remains? How exactly have the people adapted?

Well that would be telling now wouldn't it? :P

The Dragon Princess

Ok, so I'm writing a book called The Dragon Princess, set in a sort of alternate Earth time-line 45 years after a war caused by an attack on a dragon.

I'll update every now and then with sneak previews of paragraphs and insights into character names. So please enjoy my blog and i hope you look forward to the book.
